The swimming pool is the centre of outdoor living in the summer months. The pool, installed in 2000, is fully fenced for safety. It is set in the lower garden just a few yards from the house. Lavender and buddlea fully enclose the pool area. Pool size 8 by 4 metres.

Beside the house is a built-in barbecue, with chimney, for al fresco dining. Charcoal can be purchased at most supermarkets during the summer season and logs are available on site.

There are two sheltered pergola and terraced areas surrounding the property in addition to the pool terrace.
