I'm buying a house in Laurens, can anyone recommend a surveyor/local builder who can look at the property before I sign on the dotted line.

We used Surveyors in France, http://www.surveyorsinfrance.com/index.html
They were great, quick and efficient and although we speak good french everything was done in English which was such a bonus, rather than struggling through technical terms. |
