Live in Housekeeper/Guardians/Prop manager couple

We both have clean driving licences, our backgrounds are, He: ex British Army and over 20 years as a Security manager, she: ex Security management and Administration manager.

We currently live in the South of France where we manage a block of apartments that are rented out to Tourists, we are registered to work in France, Siret No 498 246 271 00015. For the whole of 2008 we managed an old Mas that has been renovated into a 14 bedroom house, my wife managed the cleaners and the housekeeping and I managed the grounds, swimming pool, contractors etc, this was a full time live in position.
