Village House for Rent in Moussan

Hi,

I am looking to rent-out my house in Moussan. (8km or 5 miles from Narbonne) It is 63m2 which includes a veranda on the third floor.

It has recently been renovated by a local English builder and has had the electricity entirely redone. It has also been repainted and had modern fitting and fixtures added.

It would be ideal for a single person with a car who has just moved to the area or for a young couple as I am only asking for 300 Euros a month.
