Can anyone tell me if I can purchase something similar at any of the brico shops ?

If so what is it called ?

Think it's called "resine latex" - adjuvant pour beton et mortier - and you can get it from Brico Depot for about 20Euro for 5 Kg, (which is why I usually get someone to fetch it from the UK - where it's cheaper).

What are you wanting to use this product for?

You may need a product called 'Sikalatex' but cant be sure unless i know what application you have in mind.
