 e-mail Icicles | Can anyone offer me any advice please? We need to renew our International health card (Carte Europeenne D'Assurance Maladie). I got the old one via the website. But now it seems that you have to register to sign on. It asks you to give your Securite Sociale number which it says is 13 numbers - but both my husband and I have 15 numbers. Everytime we try to apply it tells us that it doesn't recognise us. Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong?

e-mail Still lookin' | How have you got on with Ameli , I had a similar problem , the first time I logged on ok , the second wouldn't recognise me .... I find the site a tad confusing , couldn't find the info I wanted so ended up going to Perpignan .... |
